Conductor David Wiley has been the RSO's music director for eleven years. Now about to begin his 12th season with the RSO, Wiley also serves as music director of the Long Island Philharmonic in New York. He and his family live in Roanoke.
A two-year extension of maestro Wiley's contract with the RSO was announced in the Spring of 2007.
