Individual Giving
With a mission...
to enrich lives, educate and entertain diverse audiences in western Virginia, the RSO is successful in fulfilling its mission with the support of our community.
Each year the Roanoke Symphony Orchestra depends on the generous support of community members in order to ensure the continuance of its concerts and programs. This includes the Masterworks Series and Picnic at the Pops concerts, run-out concerts (on the road to other communities), and education programs for students and teachers grades K-12. Under our music education umbrella, the Roanoke Youth Symphony Orchestra performs for young audiences at the Roanoke Performing Arts Theatre, and professional musicians perform In-school Ensemble programs, bringing music into the classroom and across the curriculum.
All donors enjoy the knowledge of sharing the future of the Roanoke Symphony Orchestra and each donor level has its own special benefits described below.
You may also pay a lasting tribute to someone special to you by making a donation in their honor or memory through an Honor Gift or Memorial Tribute.
